I had a great spring. It really is pretty. My yearling is starting to loose his winter coat and he’s going to become a creamy bay, instead of dark and fluffy!

I have a question if it is alright with you…
I was wondering if there are going to be any more computer games because Pony Girl, Starshine, and Starstable were really nice and fun. I do know that it takes awhile to come up with stuff like this, but I was just wondering if there are any more coming out.

That’s so great that you want to be a graphic designer! What a cool career goal to work towards. As for computer games, we haven’t scheduled any new games to come out in the next few months, but there’s a possibility that we might create a series of games in the future. Maybe someday you’ll design one for us??

Hey, thanks. I really like to draw on the computer and I can draw REALLY great horses (not that I’m bragging, really). Sometimes I take some BREYER horse models and use them to look at when I draw. It would be great to learn how to make them move. I also drew a couple of characters from Starshine. And I would really like to design a game for you, though it sure does sound like it’s a big dream that I’ll never touch. Oh, well.

I’m sorry to say, but we can’t guarantee that we’ll publish every letter we receive, as we get so much mail that it’s impossible to print all. The pen pal letters that do get published in the magazine are chosen at random; however, they MUST be accompanied by parental permission. If you continue to re-submit letters, you stand the best shot at getting published. Another piece of advice at getting your letter in the magazine: include a photo!

This is in reply to MIRACLE. Thank you for replying to my post..I’m glad that it will help you. I don’t know if you will read this or not, I was unable to find my message you replied to. Anyways, if you do read this, I do know some massaging tecniques. Before riding, you can give your horse a full body massage, avoiding the face and other sensitive areas. For massaging, you can use circular patterns or back and forth strokes, but do not push too hard. Avoid ticklish areas, and if your horse develops a tickly spot from massages, avoid that area if possible. I wouldn’t recommend massaging beneath the gaskin..there’s no real use. You can then ride after this, and your horse might behave a lil better. When I ride, I massage my horse’s withers when stopped or to relax him. If your horse is sensitive in the withers, (flinches, barrs ears) don’t try it. There are numerous boooks, websites, and magazine articles about the topic. MIRACLE, good for you for wanting to pamper your horse/pony!
