Bonus Points Program
Dear PONY members,
We’re always thinking up ways to make the club even better, and if you don’t already know about this, we would like to introduce you to just one of those ways — It’s PONY’s Bonus Point Program! (PBPP for short).
What is PBPP, you ask? Well, your child gets to earn free stuff just for being a loyal PONY member!
Here’s how it works:
For every PONY Package you pay for, your child will now start earning points in the PBPP:
- New members, for their first package: 200 points
- Monthly Packages: 100 points
- Reward redemptions start at 500 points!
How can I redeem my Bonus Points?
Once you accumulate the required number of points, you will be eligible to redeem them for your selected reward. To redeem your PONY Bonus Points, contact Members Services at 1-800-410-4145, Mon — Fri, 9 AM — 6 PM EST.Your friendly Members Services representative will help you redeem your points. It’s that simple!
And what can you do with these points?
Cash in your points and reward yourself. You’ve earned it!
Once you accumulate the required number of Points, you will be eligible to redeem them for your selected reward.
How do you know how many Bonus Points you have?
Check the invoice on your monthly package for Bonus Points accrued. Remember, you only get points for package that you pay for.
