The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to PONY. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our Web site. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
When you register your child to be a member of PONY you will need to provide us with your name and address, phone number, your child’s name, gender and birth date and your e-mail address. You can update this information by sending an e-mail to info@pony.us or calling our Member Service at 1-800-410-4145. Please have your account number handy.
We collect your name and address, your child’s name, gender and birth date and your e-mail address whether on line, through the mail or by telephone in order to enroll you in the club, to keep you informed about your order status, to send the member our member’s magazine, newsletters, club packages, information on promotions, statistical purposes, web analytics, web analysis. We use gender and age information for internal purposes only to help our development team create interesting appropriate packages for our members. WE DO NOT SHARE NAME, GENDER AND AGE INFORMATION OF ANY CHILD WITH ANY THIRD PARTY.
Additional personally identifiable information that we might collect from our customers via mail, e-mail, telephone or our Web site includes billing address if different than the shipping address, debit card number, credit card number and/or any additional addresses provided by our customers in the case of shipping gifts. For example PONY uses debit or credit card information submitted to us for payment purposes only. We will disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties such as credit card processors, shipping providers to charge your debit or credit card, fulfill your order, deliver your order and provide customer service. All third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose including their own marketing purposes.
If you supply us with your child’s personal identifiable information when submitting artwork, pictures or comments to our magazine, this information will be available to the public. We suggest that you do not provide more than your child’s first name to preserve your privacy. We use only the child’s first name when posting artwork or photos on the web.
SPECIAL OFFERS AND UPDATES
If you supply us with your postal address or e-mail address you might receive periodic postal or email mailings from us and from other reputable companies (with information on discount offers, new products and services or upcoming events. SUBMISSIONS
You cannot submit pictures, letters, poems, stories or any other content to include in our members magazine or on our Site that you do not own or do not have permission from the owner to submit. By submitting any content you hereby grant us with a perpetual, worldwide royalty-free, non-exclusive license to copy, publish, modify, transmit, display, distribute and otherwise use the content you submit in any manner which we choose.
All online submissions to our member magazine, newsletter or website must be accompanied by a signed parental permission.
You agree that neither you nor your child will submit material that is offensive, that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy (up to, but not excluding any address, email, phone number, or any other contact information without the written consent of the owner of such information), hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
NEWSLETTERS
When you enroll your child as a member of PONY you may opt-in to receive our newsletters. We will use the email address provided on your enrollment card to send the newsletter to you. If you decide not to receive these newsletters you can unsubscribe by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter.
SERVICE-RELATED ANNOUNCEMENTS
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.
Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to close your account.
COOKIES

If we discover that we have collected information about a child less than 13 years of age without parental consent we will delete such information as soon as practically possible.
In future the site may have member-exclusive on-line activities that require registration. PONY Members under 13 may not participate in such activities without the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian. The consent form must be signed by the child’s parent or guardian and returned to PONY by enclosed e-mail, fax or by mailing to PONY at the appropriate address above. Once we have obtained parental consent, we will activate the member’s e-mail address.
A parent who has given Stabenfeldt Inc. permission to collect his or her child’s information can, at any time, do the following: (1) review, correct or remove the child’s personal information; (2) discontinue further use of the child’s information and communication with the child; and/or (3) revoke his or her earlier consent to collect the child’s information. To do so, please contact us at info@pony.us and be sure to include your child’s name and e-mail address and your name and e-mail address. We will check and update information as appropriate.
We do not have any agreements with outside organizations to collect personal information from children. We do not share children’s personal information with anyone other than those who provide support for the internal operations of our Web site and our agents (e.g., contractors who provide fulfillment services or technical support to our Web site).
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
From time to time, we might use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.
